Today was my second workout since returning from the US. Yesterday I biked about 12 km around District 7 which was a good 35 minute workout. Of course my legs were sore today.
I focused on the Snatches today. Mostly technical work.
- Snatch (no brush): bar (x3)x3; 30 kg (x3)x3; 35 kg (x3)x3; 40 kg x1, x3; 45 kg x3, x3; 50 kg (x1)x3 – Technique was good.
- Hang Snatch: 50 kg (x2)x3; 55 kg x2, 1 drop, x1 – I was not focused.
- Snatch: 60 kg x1, 1 drop – I pretty much decided to finish the workout here.
Time: 46 minutes.
Short workout. Sunday, today, I took a day off due to the storm. I had three in a row workouts so I really needed to rest. My next workout will focus on the Presses and Jerks.
