- Press: bar (x3)x3; 30 kg (x3)x3; 35 kg (x3)3; 40 kg (x3)x3; 45 kg (x3)x3; 50 kg (x3)x3
- Push Press: 50 kg (x3)x3; 55 kg x3; 60 kg x3; 65 kg x3; 70 kg x2; 75 kg x2; 80 kg x1
- Clean Deadlift: 80 kg (x5)x5
Time: 49 minutes
Short workout but I will work up to 90 minutes over the next month.
