Had a light and relaxing workout today. Spent some time chit chatting with one of the CrossFit trainers and another weightlifter. It is needed sometimes.
Only got my back squats up to 130 kg today. Need to get back to the heavy weights in a month.
- Back Squats: bar x5; 60 kg x5; 100 kg x5; 105 kg x5; 110 kg x5; 115 kg x3; 120 kg x3; 130 kg x2 – stopped here.
- Barbell Press: 100 kg (x3)x5.
- Split Cleans: 70 kg x3 – stopped here.
Time: 75 minutes (but a lot of talking as well).
Still it was a good day in the gym.
